After six days of relentless gloom, mist and murk, the sun finally broke through for an hour or so this afternoon and it actually felt warm and pleasant for a while.
Clouded over again now, but with a stiff breeze although still mild.

Taking a few random photos at work today, the light wasn't great, but this one pretty well sums up the last few days weather wise. Atmospheric in its own way I suppose.

reached 15C and felt ok despite complete cloud cover, a mild wind was nice. Last night a balmy 13C, although it doesn't come so near to the minimum of 17C recorded last October

No Armandii, but I live in hope that just once they'll get it right.

Weather the same as yesterday, gloomy.

Just been outside to feed the birds. Warm wind for 7am on a late October morning and the barometer is still riding high. A bit foggy but dry. I think we are gonna have a good one today...

Yesterday was a very nice day. Mild, damp and misty at first but sunny and 64F in the afternoon.

Quite breezy, but mild this morning.

It's hovering around 51f today although it doesn't feel like it, more like the middle 40'sf. It's also like yesterday, grey and dull with smooth cloud from horizon to horizon. There's a forecast for bright, but not warmer, weather tomorrow so I might don my walking boots and take the camera out along the lanes for a shot or two.

Started off sunny but by early afternoon the gloom was back and in the three hours I was out today the temperature had dropped from 54 to 48F.

Tomorrow we should have sunshine and promised 44F. So like Armandii I hope to get out with my camera. The trees on the island are looking absolutely glorious this autumn, I've not seen them this good before and it's snowing leaves! :)
