I combat the "rain weariness", lolimac, by going around the house in Shorts, Hawaii bright Shirt, flip flops, Sun Glasses and a Straw Sombero!:hapfeet:

A sunny afternoon yesterday and my 'tribe' promenaded along a promenade. :)

Today, back to the gloom and rain.

                Its been raining again here.

                I remember back in April.
If anyone ever mentions the word "drought", again instead of "a dry spell", they should be hung, drawn and quartered.

Grey skies all day, with intermittent showers. Not the best of days, I afraid, so I spent the day planning for next year. The outside temperature is 39f.

Although the temperature is still reading 7º outdoors, it feels colder - in fact, the breeze has been getting more and more of a bite to it as the day has went on. Due to be chucking it down again by 6am, so that might warm it up a bit.

Wonder if the snow in the US is going to track its way over to us......

According to the BBC Weathman FC, the answer is no. He said that we only get our white stuff down from the North/ North East.

Here you go FC, snow in the USA. Taken outside my sons front door yesterday in Columbus, Ohio.

Notice that there is not one footprint in the snow! That is sooooo tempting! :heehee:
