What's Your Weather Like...? MK6...

The nice weather didn't last long, by teatime on New Year's Day it was raining, it rained during the night, yesterday?, errmmm well it rained pretty much all day from mid-morning, it rained last night and this morning??......well you guessed it its raining , only heavy drizzle mind but not the dry day we're forecast , still plenty of time for it to 'buck up' yet

 

Same as yesterday, wet and horrid. Its like we are under a huge low cloud, cannot see the mountains 1 mile away..

 

Clouds lifting I can see half way up the mountain

 

Mist is rising and we can see across the fields at last.
No mountains in the distance as the mole hills are in the way.
Can't living on flat land.

 

Damp and dull on the outskirts of Hull

 

Blue sky but still wet under foot so unable to get out and garden.

 

Met office just said 2012, 2nd wettest since records began. Did they think we didn`t already know that

 

Cold here....some arctic air is over us

 

The rain finally cleared off by mid-morning leaving low cloud cover for a few hours but the cloud has no broken revealing some SUNSHINE!!!! and an unseasonably mild temperature of 13.6 degrees (56.4 f)!!!!

 

Keep warm and it won't be long before the big thaw and you will be able to on with things.

 

Still horrid here, tried to pass over but failed, getting worse if anything

 

A shower of rain in the early hours but overcast all day with patches of fog. 11C.
