A sky increasingly filled with dirty white clouds, but some Sun, and a biting wind. I sat out in the Arbour, with a mug of tea, which is in a sheltered position facing West so the wind is coming from behind me and I was protected from it. But even so after about three quarters of an hour I was heading for the warmth of the House!!:coffee: The temperature is 37f but feels more like 27f:hate-shocked: :snork:

Very cold up here in Mid Wales but dry so out in the garden wellies on. Today digging up a plant that spreads like anything. Nice early blue flower 1 inch or so but will come up anywhere in amongst more prized plants. But welcome never the less. The house was so hot when we came back inside. Home grown/made apple pie and custard soon. Winter is not all bad. Come on Liverpool.

Another day like yesterday here, overcast with a bone chilling east wind and a the odd light snow flurry for good measure.
When the easterly wind gets up in winter round these parts, it's straight off the North Sea and across the flat landscape with nothing to stop it.
We call it the lazy wind. Can't be bothered to go round you, so it goes straight through you.

A sunny day again with a few fluffy clouds, but oh so cold. Struggled to 3C for an hour or so but generally 2C. It's looking good for the next week here at the moment. Drought? Nahhhh!

We had snow today .... micro 'raindrops' I thought, until they started drifting around before they settled on the windscreen! There was about a couple of dozen every few yards (or minutes according to how you want it!). That kind of snow I can take! :snork:
