    Water tank would have got too hot in this weather, pumped some of the heat round the house instead.

    Just made my own homemade version of a Pimms. Blackcurrant wine, Elderflower, Fruit Punch, Wood Rosin & ice. Pint of that should sort me out [​IMG]

      Me no likey Pimms - must be a Scottish/English thing? Quite happy sat here with a Bacardi by my side, and the fan giving a feeble attempt at cooling things down. I've dug out the air conditioners for the bedroom, but can't be bothered digging the spare out for the living room as its well buried in the cupboard under the stairs, and to be fair isn't all that effective as its not really big enough for this room - exhaust venting is also a problem.

        We are not as hot as you guys, 28,8c today and 24,5c now with a slight breeze.

        Anyone tried Ice Picks ... that's a tall glass filled with ice, vodka and iced tea.

              I've just looked at the 10 day forecast on three sites and they all say the upper 20's for the week and mid 20's for the rest with no sign of rain.
