    A cool grey day today with very little breeze. I took my sister and her friend shopping in Nantwich this afternoon and saw my friend who is a Market Gardener and we had a good chat........and of course I bought some plants off him!:heehee: The temperature now is 49f, but to be honest it doesn't feel that mild.:coffee:

        Summer came today in a fleeting glance,(2 hours).
        By the time I got my tools arranged and dressed in the proper Attire,shorts and put on my Midge Spray ,Sadly it was gone.:cry3:.

        Ah well, it's back To Aran Cardigan and Cord Trousers and the Hip Flask And Dreams.

                      10C, wind 16mph, gusting 23mph. Chucking it down!
                      Had intended setting off up north in motor home but will delay departure an hour or two to see if wind drops a bit as it's quite hairy driving tall vehicle in strong gusty winds.
                      Forecast for coming week looks dire so think we're in for a soggy hol!
