    We had a marked breeze today, a real finger numbing breeze too, it was so cold, I couldn't feel the strength of the sun at all, it felt just like a cold January day.

    Top temperature today was 9.7C, though the real feel was about 5C

      Rain early morning again today but a mixture of sun and cloud since. It's cold out there, just 8C.....are we going backwards to winter again or have we skipped summer completely. :sad:

          The winds has such a BITE to it today ! Sun's trying to show itself but keeps going back in - co's it's too cold to be out! Temperature will not encourage growth or development of shrubs and perennials.

            Definitely April weather today. It's been sunny with heavy, dark grey clouds trundling through the skies. We had a short, sharp shower this morning and then at around 3pm the sun disappeared and the sky went black with clouds from the Northwest and we had Hail, followed by rain, followed by Hail and then by rain again. It's the first substantial amount of water for a while so the garden will appreciate it. It's dried up again but we still have clouds dominating the sky although not as heavy as before. The temperature is now 45f:coffee:

                Intermittent sunshine and black clouds with the temperature oscillating between 47F and 59F.

                I could see heavy rainfall all around us and it got within two miles but never arrived.
