I was at Frodsham Marsh today and although it was sunny the breeze had a chill in it. Right now the temperature is 45f.

Yesterday it was sunny all day. There's a slight frost this morning but nice and sunny again. The forecast is for sunshine all week.

Spring definitely not sprung as temp went down to minus 3c last night and have got broad beans all curled up with a cold.
Still clear skies and temp lifting hope this is the last of it.

Just back from walking dog and a bank of mist has enveloped us here. Temp 0c and dull with it too. Is this just gloomy over me or is there the weather gods working against me.

Sunny but bit nippy. No frost last night but had a cracker the night before. As a result 1 of my Rhododendrons now has brown flowers which had been white grrrr! Swallows arrived yesterday and already taken up residence. I was told to destroy their nests once they migrate as they can harbour mites etc. I hope I do the right thing as it seems quite tough for them to have to build news ones after such a long journey to get here. I know they make a mess but I love them and quite happy to clear up the mess once they have flown off South for the winter. I so hope they have a better season than last year. How on earth they managed with hardly an insect in sight last year was a miracle. Should have Swifts in a few days too with any luck.

A day like yesterday with temperatures around 60f. There was plenty of sunshine and very little breeze, but it still felt like it should have been warmer with the Sun out so much. The temperature now is 51f.:coffee::snork:
