        It did get a bit overcast after my last post but it stayed warm, then the clouds disappeared again and it got warmer. The temperature is now 63f, which is 2 degrees higher than last night which was warmer than the night before.......I love warm nights as it brings the scents of the garden out into the air.:yes::snork:

                  Yesterday remained hot and sunny all day and I expect today to be similar. The sun is already up and when it reaches the ground it will burn off the gentle mists that are floating through the trees and across the fields.

                  Yesterday was a succession of thunderstorms with a balmy 20°c, so all a bit tropical. The lekky went off at one point after a huge flash of lightning. So nothing got planted out in the end and all the growth from last week's warm weather has been hammered. Hopefully the stormy weather will move eastwards this morning and things will settle down. What a difficult and frustrating season it's being!!
