    Yippee!!!! :dancy: :dancy: :dancy:

After a sunny but windy morning we just had half an hour of monsoon :blue thumb:. It did more good for the garden than two weeks of using the sprinkler. :)

Very windy again!!!!! If only the wind would drop it would be nice.Heavy rain overnight, thank goodness and a small downpour today.Even so the veggie pots were dried by the wind so just watered them. One of the main shoots on our new autumn raspberry got snapped off which led to a rant by wife about the UK, the town we live, the politicians , and anything else that got her frustration out, luckily I was spared this time!!
Sunday the wind in this area is going to be only 8mph so just a gentle breeze by the standards of these last few weeks.

30.7c again today, 27.9c now with a slight, pleasant breeze so will go out and water before dinner ... tacos made with left-over chilli, just have to grate the cheese and chop the onion and lettuce!

There was a second mini-monsoon a short while later and then the sun came out again. Although we were happy for the rain it wasn't good for our village festival.

The forecast says it will remain dry today, which is good because we're going to visit some gardens.

Cloud and sun this morning. The clouds cleared for a few hours full sunshine this afternoon, now back to cloud again with a promise of rain overnight. 13C

Cloudy until 4pm then the sun came out. Better late than never I suppose but it was not really warm enough for June,
