It's been surprisingly sunny here today! So the lawn is now mowed, weeding done, pond plant pruned (I think it's polluting the water as its not clearing anymore) and now a nice cold one ;)

74f with blue skies and very little breeze.:snork: It's a little humid but not uncomfortably so, and so far there's no sign of any rain.:hapfeet:

Sun never made it - a rather inhospitable day and it's not warm tonight at 12C,

Very strange, Jenny:scratch::snork: It's still a warm 67f here, you'd think the South would get the warmer weather.:dunno:

I do wish that we could have Wunderground back on GC. It made it a lot easier to understand
      members' weather comments,
      Jenny

Hi Jenny, I'm not sure what you mean. Rain means wet, sun means dry! What other things do we need to know? :heehee:

Yesterday was dry and quite warm. It reached 73F and only dropped a bit when the heavens opened at 7.30 p.m. This rain lasted no more than 15 minutes and then remained dry and mild until 5.57 this morning. It then drizzled for just under an hour and is now beginning to dry up.

Wunderground changed every hour so you could see where the good/bad stuff was and know whether it was en route for your patch.
It's wild, wet and windy here and only 12 C. The petunias are not liking it one bit,
        neither am I,

I stopped looking at things like that as they hardly ever turned out correct. Even when looking out the window and seeing rain clouds approaching doesn't very often mean that they'll drop their water on Shineyland! I have to wait until they arrive or go past. :heehee:

It's 23c at the moment and our forecast is high 20s/low 30s for the next few weeks. I doubt if we will see any rain for the next 3/4 months.

Blowy, been raining lightly (so grass cutting is probably out of the question now), and the sun is doing a half decent impression of a disco as it flits behind the clouds (which must be moving at a fair old lick!)
