What's your Weather Like November 2024

Me neither, I always put them back, I had thought of trying one, but I am not sure there are many in this river, they are not native to Scotland and are relatively rare. A true indicator of clean water, I think they are threatened all over the UK, what with this problem with sewage discharge into the rivers.

4c was clear sky but cloudy now, very misty over night and the moon was shinning a good'un but a would have thought that we would have a frost as tis 4c but no

Again they say it will be a sunny afternoon, surely they can't be wrong 3 days in row.

 

Another damp, overcast start. O'night low of 10 degrees, which is just bizarre [10 just now at approx. 7.30am] and a predicted high of about 11. To be increasingly windy from lunchtime, with rain later.

Yesterday was glorious. Temp dropped to 5 again after it got light, and then it was sunny all day, with a high of 12 degrees. Beautiful for sitting outside.

All change from early next week though with frost/sleet etc, so I doubt there'll be much outdoor sitting then!

 

Looks quite pleasant out there, should get to around 12c later. Sunny spells are promised too! Dry.

 

Woke up to a frost on the lawn and roof. The dust bin lid was stuck down too. We weren't expecting one.

Expecting full sun and 9c today.

Next week there will be a proper frost as temps should go to -2c.

 

Bright and breezy 11 degrees now, but there was a frost overnight, was howling at the moon last night, it didn't look very red to mee lol.

 

A lightish grey sky with the promise of a sun break through later.

The sun has come out after a misty grey start to the day.

The BBC forecast is showing snow/sleet on Tuesday, but the Met Office isn't, and nor is Netweather (which I find is very often more accurate, particularly when it comes to precipitation - the others are often overly optimistic, forecasting rain that doesn't materialise).

 

A dry day with a fair bit of sun. Clouding over now, but I’m hoping to see the full moon tonight.
