What's your weather Like November

At 9.30am it started to rain and now very heavy with a moderate breeze from the west north west temp 9c feels like 6c

I was just in the middle of cleaning the windows outside, have to do them inside instead.

 

Just spoken to my cousin in Swansea (about 25 miles away) they live by the marina. He said it's rough there with lots of high waves, and it is very dark too. They're not venturing outside the door - it's more exposed by the sea, and we are sheltered here in between all the hills ...

 

Wild, wet and windy again, but not quite as bad as the sea weed twirlers predicted, 8 degrees and a brisk NE wind.

 

Very windy in Ramsgate, my neighbour has lost part of his greenhouse roof.
50 mph gusts from Dover Oh and it's piddling down as well.

 

Brightly overcast with a light breeze, 20c, 90% humidity. Had a couple of showers but J said it was very heavy rain near Portimao.

We're not that far apart @burnie but our weather is.

While out shopping I couldn't see whether there was any snow on the high ground as we've been shrouded in fog all day. There's been no wind, not a twitch in the trees, even though the local forecast says it's turned from north-east to north/north-west. The rain continues though - we're currently on a yellow warning here and by the looks of it, for the next week. Will it ever let up! 5C/41F and humidity remains high at 98%.

It's nasty now Torrential showers, wind up to 63kmph and thunder and lightning just to make things really exciting

 

The rain appears to have stopped and the wind never really reached what some were predicting yesterday, apart from perhaps last night when it was quite bad.

Seems to have a colder feel out there now I think its around 9c.

 

I didn't realize the typo! it should have been 10-12C, not 22C!

We've had a few showers but no sustained rain really. About 2pm we had a lively downpour but I don't think it lasted more than 10-15 mins. Around 12pm when I was out on the balcony I noticed some drizzle but while I was in the kitchen we had a short sharp shower! It missed me by a couple of mins! After the 2pm shower the wind started to rise but it has never reached "strong" levels! Now at 9pm it is raining very lightly & we can hear the wind howling - from time to time.

This Storm Ciaran has been more like a "storm-in-a-teacup" not the raging monster we were led to expect! (Though it probably was that in the South of the country as well as in the West Country.)

 

Yes same here, we often get storms here along the South coast and today wasn't any different from what we normally get. Some schools were closed too, infact a lot were. My niece received an email from her son's school at 9pm yesterday evening....and had to arrange emergency child care.

 

Been a bit blowy and rainy, nothing much. The wind, that was making the bushes tap on the window, has blown itself out. All quiet, about 8-9°C.
