What's your Weather Like October 2024

Got to 25c today, 21.5c now as the sun is going down.

 

I cant understand why we get an official weather warning for rain when we get 10mm, but today we had 23mm and no such warning.
They also said it would be 16c and it just about made 11c and now they are saying a mild night 11c.
Its below that already.

No such dry day here. Mist currently, followed by clouds, maybe a short moment of sunshine for 2 hours and rain from tonight on.
10c currently, up to 16c over the day.

 

Still dark but I think it's foggy.
Everywhere is soaking after yesterday's rain.

Really misty and drizzly here - forecast here sounds similar to @simone_in_wiltshire.

 

Cloudy/murky start here. O'night low of 2 degrees [6 just now at approx. 8.15am] with a predicted high of about 12 degrees. The odd blink of sun, supposedly, but it doesn't look likely.

Yesterday was a glorious autumn day after the little o'night frost. Wall to wall sun, and no wind, which doesn't happen very often here. Gorgeous for sitting outside. The high was 11, but obviously it was higher in the sun. Didn't even need a top layer a lot of the time.

 

11c, drizzle and hazey. Too expect 1mm of rain today . Just saw Dunnock and a Jenny wren on my front garden on a cotoneaster wonder when all the Long-tailed tits will descend.

Lightly overcast with a light drizzle, 18c with a breeze, going to 21c. It i forecast to start raining soon then heavily this afternoon. There is a Yellow Warning for this morning and Orange for this afternoon. Ah, it has started to rain now ..... may it continue ....
