8c sunshine breaking through the mist nice day ahead

 

Good morning all,sun and cloud with a high of 14c so much the same as the last couple of days ,but it’s dry.

 

A cloudy day ahead with light winds. 14c. I can see the Douglas Oil Platform and the wind turbines quite clearly so there's no mist so far.

 

Received 3mm of the wet stuff earlier this morning. Currently overcast, 14c with showers expected .

 

Medium cloud and just 11c. It may reach 13c if we're lucky. No wind and not really any weather so not much to say.

There is hope for Sunday, when we may get sunny intervals.

 

Dry patio so no rain overnight.

Grey and still again. There's a glimmer of sunshine forecast for around lunchtime but yesterday's never appeared so I'll believe it when I see it. This non-weather is getting a bit boring now

 

Can’t have worked out immediately because OH tells me once a year at least that they had fog you couldn’t see the hand in front of the face and that was end 60’s?

We had this smog from the coal heating in winter. No fun.

 

Today is the first day it feels much colder. It went down to 5c this morning.

 

Sunshine in between, but now just 10c and fog.

 

Its been a better day than recently, a bit brighter but not actually sunny, the air feels a bit dryer which makes a difference from all that damp.
I hope we dont get fog.

It reached 15c.

 

We got to 19c, no squally thunderstorms as forecast or heavy rain but the sun came out. Currently 18c and forecast heavy rain around 11pm. The met specialist at Meteored said some areas may be dry and 2km away it may be flooding ... we are definitely in the dry pocket.
