What's your weather Like October

17c sunny, they said 20c for today but we never get to the temp's they say

 

Trouble is Jiffy on main forecast they quote either town or city temperatures.
If you live where I do the nearest place on the map is London, nothing exists south of London in this corner.
London is always a couple of degrees higher than round here.

 

I'm back in my shorts and summer shirt today

 

3C () this morning, supposedly. Now a lovely 28C, sunny with a light SE breeze. Set to even out a bit over the next few days, with 30C / 15C. Very slim chance of rain next weekend but I'll believe that when I see it

 

You cannot be serious.

 

Well the sky has gone hazy now and I think we reached 23c.

 

Have your neighbours complained yet

 

Been extremely wet here, 65mm in the last 24 hours. Lots of localised flooding

 

Been out all day again and in fact it was too warm walking round town.
Not that I'm complaining...no way!

Not too bad, hopefully staples out on Monday, its a bit like toothache in my right leg.

 

My like isn't for your discomfort Pete but that you are soon to have the staples out and then hopefully you'll begin to feel better.

 

Only 29.6c today, 27.7c now. had a lovely sit out in the breeze for two hours, in now for (bought) roast chicken.

 

'Snot me....it's the weather guessers as Lori calls them To be honest, I wasn't up at 6am to check, but I very much doubt that it got that chilly here. Folks in Charente, further up, have confirmed ground frosts though. On the bright side, it'll kill off the stingy, buzzy things

 

We have had a months rain today our local river is up 8 feet and the river Tay near Perth is up 15 feet, I hope all are safe and well. Seems we are cut off at the moment, but living on top of a hill does have it's up side at times.
