What's your Weather Like September 2023

Sunny, bright, calm, 17c going to 27c.

 

Cloudy drizzly and a moderate breeze from the south south west temp 15c feels like 17c

 

Bright rather than sunny, some blue sky showing through.

We have cloudy, barely seen the sun but a pleasant 17 degrees all the same, just had a walk round the fields and picked some Rasps for tea.

 

Yesterday was quite a pleasant day here - very windy though! We didn't have any rain but we did have a lot of clouds & a few sunny periods - also a similar day today. It was cooler yesterday with only 17C max. Today we are forecast 19C. A couple of hours or so ago we had some very bright sunshine & it seemed like all the clouds had gone away but it didn't last long as just a short time afterwards I had to put the light on as I couldn't see the keyboard!

 

We went to 29.5c today, 27.5 now without a breeze so still warm!

 

It turned out to be reasonable for the time of the year, but it still felt cool in the blustery wind, I usually have trouble acclimatising to this time of year, in two words I hate it, but it happens every year.
19c with a cloudy morning followed by a fairly sunny afternoon.

 

A beautiful day with clear blue sky and a light SE breeze. 26C/10C. Still BBQing and using the pool and likely to be for the next week, with temps steadily climbing to 31C / 16C at the beginning of October.

 

Back from the Isle of Man late afternoon yesterday and greeted with sunshine. Today has been a different story though, having rained for most of it. No breeze to speak of but the wind is picking up now, 17C/63F.

I spoke to my neighbours this afternoon and they said there was an overnight frost two days ago. That's early and I hope we're not in for another long winter.
