What's your Weather Like September 2023

Yeah I'm feeling a bit worn out to be honest, but hopefully I'll sort myself out in a couple of days.
Worst thing i find is I can't go and sit down with a cup of tea or something to eat as I can't carry it into the other room with the crutches.

 

Oh pete, yes that's exactly my point . I know my sister wouldn't have been able to cope either. She had to sleep downstairs for the first 10 days , how are you managing.?
Have you got a supply of easy to heat up meals?
You could do with a a walker/ tray frame really .

If I was nearby I would most definitely pop by and keep an eye on you....with the added bonus of having a nosey in your fabulous garden.

I've got a stool that I use John.
Its just that I never sit in the kitchen.

 

We got to 31c today and stayed there for a few hours, now 29c with a warm breeze.

 

All day it's been cloudy but not cold. Now it's been raining a bit with a gentle breeze from the south temp 15c feels like 15c

 

Its been mostly thick cloud here as well with a brief sunny period this afternoon 18c.

Back to the cool, cloudy and wet weather again after 7 days of relentless heat in Cyprus. I thought that towards the end of September it would be slightly cooler but it was 31/33c every day and cloudless. It did drop to 22c in the night!


What have you done? @pete I've obviously missed something.

 

Firstly take it easy Pete. weather's a bit meh really, not windy, not sunny and not very warm either.

 

The wind seemed to die down during the day & we didn't have any of the forecast showers! I haven't set foot out of the house today, not even onto the balcony, so I don't really know what it was like outside other than what I could see through the windows. The temps here reached around 20C max this afternoon.

According to the Met Office app on my phone we have 16C at present (9pm) but there is an 80% possibility of a rain shower between midnight & 1am. (I don't expect to check to see if it really happens! ). During the latter part of the night we are also forecast a few, odd scattered showers. Then when the sun comes up we expect to have a sunny morning with a very cloudy afternoon again. Temps are expected to reach 19C max. Not bad for the last couple of days of September!

 

Cloudy and breezy for most of the day with rain this evening. 14C/57F
