A proper Indian summer today, 24 degrees with a nice breeze has left me a bit sunburnt lol

 

We have just come in having been out for 1.5 hours it is just over 23c, very gusty/windy but blue skies and puffy white clouds. It feels almost cold to us, J had put a sweatshirt on and me a light cardi.We have agreed we will not go out after dinner for 1.5 hours as usual. Van came in with us, Munch is close by. Please bring on the rain!

Good morning everyone

Yesterday we had a lot of fog to begin the day. It didn't clear away until 8.30am. When the sun became visible the day quickly brighten up & we had lots of warm sunshine!

This coming week we are forecast lots of sunshine and heat as well! Today the temps are expected to reach 27C!one of the hottest day of the summer so far! Yet they could get even higher during the week!

We have had a "sandwich" summer this year - a very hot couple of weeks in June & now similar weather as summer is coming to an end!

Last couple of days have been a bit strange in that they have started sunny then clouded over and then cleared late morning.

 

Had three light showers between 2.45 and 3.30am ... 1mm! Currently mixed cloud with the sun peeping through, 19c going to 25c with intermittent showers today and tomorrow.

We are said to be reaching feel like temps of 34C this afternoon. Just off to walk into town before it hits that high.
