Fresh and clear so far. 25% chance of rain but I’m going to risk the washing line.

The morning light from the east is gorgeous- showing the start of Autumn blush on the trees.

Trees are all well under way here with their autumn colour @AuntyRach, but lots of branches down yesterday with the winds. We had a lovely pink sky this morning, although it was mainly in clouds rather than a nice sunrise. The light is lovely at this time of year though, as you say.

My washing is out too - all lightweight stuff, so that should be ready to come in before I go out later.

Cold overnight, 5c in the greenhouse so maybe a degree lower outside. There was 5mm rain yesterday.

Today is nice and sunny, currently 9c heading to 15.

Tomorrow night is forecast to be 2c, could be an exceptionally early frost?

Chilly, but sunny. Not going to be able to take advantage of it unfortunately. Hey ho!

My impatiens usually last till November ... but tonight might be the end for them. I have emergency cuttings on the go. :blue thumb:

It was cold this morning with 9c. Clear sky and I let the washing machine do two jobs, but by the time I had washing 1 outside and turned on job2, clouds covered the sky. Very breezy and washing 1 was almost dry after 3 hours. Washing 2 is partly outside on the washing line. Just called OH asking to take the washing upstairs because it started raining.
Still cold with 13c. I’ll need soon my gloves.

We spent two hours this morning tidying shrubs in pots on the Raised Patio and Sand Bar out front ... thank goodness as it is 32c now so a/c on and T'other Half having a snozze and me playing with pictures.

Well after a dry day of slow temperature rise to touch 17c with good sunny periods its now chucking it down even a few hail stones mixed in.

It had dried up nicely, now everything is soaking wet yet again, oh I hate showers, I'd rather have dry days and wet days.
Another day over, at only 4pm.

Same here, Pete. Perfectly nice day, then suddenly, out of nowhere, very gusty winds and pelting rain about 40 mins ago. Now on the second lot, with blue sky visible in the distance.
