It's been a lovely sunny day in south Norfolk. More forecast. We could do with some rain though, the garden is very dry. I've been watering.

I’m not particularly warm, but the sun is doing its best and is a lovely tonic.

It reached 19c but felt cool in the shade, the sun was nice and warm though and stayed out all day.
Its getting to that time of the year.

Apart from a cool northerly breeze, it's beautiful...23C in the wall to wall sunshine, perfect for gardening, and a low of 5C tonight to kill off the bugs :yahoo:

Cloudy with drizzly showers and occasional glimpses of sun. Breezy too and humid at only 13C/55F.

It was warm here this afternoon. Sunshine all day with 17c but it felt like 22c.
Nevertheless, I’m ready for Autumn and the grey days. It’s almost too much sunshine over the recent 8 weeks.

I've been to see my friends, so haven't had time to post on here but it was nice and warm this afternoon with sunny intervals.

It won't kill the citrus trees but it will give pause for thought to the blasted scale insects and wasps

Yes, it was nice and warm this afternoon, which was very welcome. I was surprised to find the ground was dry so I did some watering.

The forecast shows some mist at night/early mornings, so September has arrived at last.

There is a working mill just up the road and it is open tomorrow to visitors. Hopefully there won't be too many showers as we will walk there along quite a nice pathway. They have flour and plants for sale too.

A damp, overcast start here, but at least the wind has dropped. O'night low was 11 degrees, so very mild [12 just now at approx. 8.10am] with a predicted high of about 15. It's to be wet again later, but generally cloudy and damp.
Set to improve and be more like 'good September weather' from tomorrow or Tuesday.

Yesterday was increasingly wet and rough in the afternoon, after a damp, fairly benign morning. The high was 17 degrees, so it felt mild despite the strong winds.
