What's your Weather Like September

Just a few hours respite from the rain, went up the garden to check out our Greenhouse , have a few chrysanthemums ( my OH domain ) very tall ones this year but still no blooms .

 

It stayed dry and pleasant this afternoon, but that rain is due by morning. My chrysanthemums are only just in bud - think they are about a month later this year @Valleysgirl.

 

We got sunshine from 3pm. Quickly brought the washing out to catch as much sun as possible.
Rain announced for tomorrow, 30-60l per sqm.

 

The rain got us while we were in Currys. It was thundering down with rain on the metal roof and the lights went out briefly - everyone went "Oooh". Had no brolly as hubby said there was no sign of rain. So we had to wait.

Now back at home and it's having a good rumble in all directions. Better go and shut the GH.

 

We managed to dodge the rain and the afternoon was sunny and 24c.
Nice way to end summer 24.

 

This afternoon had some very heavy rain showers and a bit of thunder, still getting some of the heavy rain showers.

 

The sun didn't make it out of bed this morning so it's been a grey but calm day. Feeling autumnal with the temperature gradually dropping, down to 14C/57F.

Rain started half past 6, but it's very light rain, more like drizzle.
Let's see if my latest discovery, the forecast from my desktop weather app, is right. It doesn't mention torrential rain.

 

I think we have had light rain on and off all night.

Another murky, overcast start here with an o'night low of 11 degrees, so very mild again [11 just now at approx. 8.30am] with a predicted high of about 14, and they're predicting some sun later. I'm not holding my breath! Breezy again too, and a bit of smirr.

Yesterday was murky all day, with some smirr through the morning. The high was 15, but breezy.
