    Hasn't stopped raining here (and I mean raining like stair rods!) since 5pm on Wednesday! Sometimes I thank God I bought a house on a hill! Those news reports from Wales and places - wow! Would scare me witless!

    Yesterday I popped out to the gym - parked no less that 200 yds from the entrance but was soaked through by the time I got inside! Got the same soaking on the way out, thoroughly chilled and looking forward to a nice hot drink and shower only to find we had a power outage which lasted about an hour! So sitting there all chilled and damp, ended up getting a migraine! Oh joy!

    Paladin, you are in my prayers.

    Oh Paladin,

    I am glad you had a bottle down you, and you seem ok.

    I am almost ashamed to admit that apart from an hour of rain around lunchtime, we have had quite a nice day.

    Wet, of course, but the rain lightened off and I think we will also have quite a beautiful evening in the garden tonight. I have actually got quite a bit done.

    Pal-I hope you have a good night of it-I love your garden too much I think.

    Rain here all day.Only have had about an hour of dry weather all day and it looks like it will carry on all through the evening and overnight:(

    My lawn has got muddy footprints on it where I have had to walk across but it couldn't be helped.They say that next week here in the Midlands is going to be nice and sunny for the first three days of next week:rolleyes:

    Roll on Summer...........Next year:thumb::D

    It rained a little as expected but I have had quite a lovely day really, I have been able to play with mud and bulbed up and barked over my front.

    Freddy! I am always interested in what it is actually doing in other parts of the country.
    The weathermen don't always get it right do they?
