Hi , it's lovely here today.
Sunny and warm in the sun.
Still a bit damp from yesterdays rain, but drying out nicely.
Looks like I might get out and do something in the garden today. :thumb:

Generally, most of the world gets warmer and we get wetter! In saying that, we are connected to an 8 year cycle of warm/wet weather, currently in the later of the two. I believe that the normal cycle is being exaggerated by what we are doing to the planet.

Does this mean when the cycle changes (2012), we will have 8 years of blistering heat and draught? Scary stuff. In the meantime, keep your waterproofs handy as I believe that we have got quite a wait before we seen long lasting fine summers again.

Calm down ... you can always come over here and crash out inn the outdoor living room ..... 20-22 day and night.

Do have Sis (Kedi-Gato) and hubby around and about and our cousins arriving next week for two weeks and a long-time friend coming over for the International Motorbike Thingy (for which we have three day passes) first week in November but sure we can find space somewhere for someone .... but I may disappear .... s00k
