    Morning everybody!

    6.00 am we had half hour heavy rainfall and raining off/on until a short while ago
    Now it is snowing quite heavily - big flakes - hope it doesn't freeze:(

    Tiny bit of icey stuff on the front lawn. hardly fill a bucket...
    Thats all we have and the sun is shining but it was zero C outside about an hour ago.
    All this snow seems to have been a non event for us.

    We have a white out in our village and the birds are struggling to find enough food.The Starlings are enjoying my fat blocks though that I put out for them,It's just a question of getting the four inches of snow off of them first before they can feed.:)

    Mr K got sent home from work at 10.15 and it him until 11.30 to drive the nine miles home,which he said wasn't bad.If anyone has any spare grit they don't want please send us some as our village bins have been raided and are now empty like the One Stop shop is:D

    Just filled up a tray of seeds and oats for birds and more fat balls groudn is really frozen hard.

    Snowing heavily here and very windy :(but the ground is wet so it is not settling, fortunately.:lollol:

    Hi all, we had a little snow over night, nothing really.
    It's still around on the paths and gardens but gradually going.
    It's a dull damp cold day.
    Getting a bit fed up with it now

    I to have been making sure the birds have plenty to eat and drink.
    Poor things

    Its Grey and Wet been raining for 36 Hours ,snow as gone ,followed by a deep depression and thats only the Weather:lollol::)

    Um.. sorry to have to say this.. Im looking out at the most wonderful blue sky you could wish to see..and no snow..just a handful of ice out front. I know I should be out there doing stuff but its only just above 0C!

    Heavy snow overnight, stopped mid morning with a good thaw setting in. Freezing now though.:(

    We have -2out there at the moment plus fog,something I can't remember ever having with snow before.:skp:
