Hi Littleorme I'll try to remember to pop on here if nothing more than to keep you company.

First dry morning for quite awhile although it is overcasted but fingers crossed the rain will stay away long enough for us to do some work.

Terrible down pour yesterday that lasted almost all day long...don't you just love the English Summer Time!

    Have a nice day guys.Hel.xxx.

Lucky you Hel. It's dull windy and wet here in Ayrshire. Yesterday wasn't much better but I did manage to transport another 1.5 tons of sandstone to the driveway. I have enough now to build the sandstone wall I was planning for the bottom half of the garden next to the driveway. I will have to dress it all of coarse because it's all sizes and shapes. This makes it ideal for a wall with character but it's also very time consuming.

It's lovely weather here too! Still a bit damp for mowing though...at least we can all have a break from engines all day:)
G-Man, would love to see your work...I find dressing stone is very relaxing...well I am getting paid to do it though:D
