Walnut and Shiney had I known you were up and about at that time I would have joined you - we could have had a party.:D My son didn't come in from a party until 3 am and then I couldn't get back to sleep. It's very dull and overcast here but the forecast is for it to be sunny this afternoon - Flaming June, where is it?:(

Started out hot and sunnuy today but threw it down after dinner. Went for a walk but it is very muggly. Was up at 4.30 this morning and heard a cuckoo amongst the dawn chorus.

    Good morning Walnut and all.

Yesterday started off really nice and warm even though it was only 5am but later on in the morning boy did we have some rain, fingers crossed we don't have a re-run of last June with all the floods etc. as we are only one village away from Ulley where the dam was bursting through it's banks last year but thankfully at least for us we are up on a hill.

This morning is really nice and dry outside & the birds are singing looks like a wonderful day ahead for us.Hel.xxx.

Walnut and Helen,we never had the rain yesterady that was forecast for us only about six spots.I expect it will more than make up for it this week:(
