Dry, bit sunny...but yea same as a lot of peeps, very windy. I don't know what it's like on the front at Aber, but I'm not going to find out.

Got a couple of planters blown over, but just seen to them, and wedged then with some large stones...no damage.:thumb:

Very gusty wind but nothing damaged (yet).

Wind supposed to subside after mid-day.

Well, we shouldn't have moaned about needing some rain!! It's been coming down in spades here in Galloway since lunchtime yesterday; got soaked to the skin twice so far while walking the dogs! So far no major gales tho' - just really blustery, creating a few breaks n the clouds now.

Sounds like most of us are having the bad winds and due to get worse. No, Helen, we're not going down that road, lol. You don't want to know.

I hope there is no serious damage. That's the main thing I think. It will be frustrating & upsetting if pots, trees etc get blown over but not so important as people. Here's praying we all stay safe.

It's been one of those days today, one minute shining with blue sky the next bucketing down. Think we're all about the same on here no matter where we live.

Have a good Sunday all, well what's left of it.

    cheers

Well, we seemed to miss the worst of the weather forecasted. A few flattened foxgloves and poppies, but no serious damage at all - and the grass is looking greener already! Today the sun is peeping through the clouds and the wind has dropped to a minor bluster... has the rain gone or just having a rest???
