The rain has taken four weeks to get here but fifteen minutes ago there was a lot of thunder and the heavens opened :thumb: :D

The rain only lasted for ten minutes and it is sunny again.

At least enough came down to give the garden a good wetting :)

Pal, my dear friend. We have just had a friend here visiting who (sadly because she lost her husband) has five properties in Spain ... a VERY, VERY, VERY BAD place for foreigners to buy. We won't talk about the four she lost in Bulgaria. She wants to sell all of them and move here .... because of us .... bless her.

I watch all the property abroad buying programmes because that is our thing and take note of all the legalities in the different countries. I'm not saying 'buy here' although I have three properties here but I know where to buy and where not to.

If you are seriously thinking of moving abroad, I know you have your b-in-l ? in France but if you want to talk more ..... you know where I am. :)

PS And you and Mrs are always welcome for a 'let's look and see' visit. xx
