A rare day of clear blue skies, no breeze, and a top temperature of 43f. The skies are a little more cloudy but I've got the Observatory to see whatever I can. Right now the temperature is 41f and the pressure reading is 1047mbs, so there's a High pressure moving in.:snorky:

An extremely clear night last night and it's still very clear. At 7.30 this morning the sky had brightened up with the sun coming up over the horizon. The sky varied from a deep blue to a light blue depending on where the sun was reaching. Although it was quite light the stars were still visible and the moon glowed brightly. I've not seen such a clear sky for years.

It's nice and sunny now and still very clear.

The frost disappeared overnight with a rise in temperature and the sun has stayed with us today, although accompanied by a cold northerly wind blowing this morning. A few unusual clouds around towards sunset which bathed the sky in pinks and oranges, 5C/41F. :)

A beautiful day today with wall to wall sunshine, no breeze, and no cloud. The temperature wasn't terrific at 46f but at least the day was bright and the Sun was out. Right now the temperature is 41f and the pressure reading is 1044mbs.:coffee::snorky:

We had frost last night and it's 32F now. It's another very clear day with the sun coming up. Last night there were so many stars visible in the sky that it seemed like being in a Planetarium. :rolleyespink:

The frost and sunny days have disappeared, today was mostly cloud with a few sunny patches but the temperature was up again at 10C/50F.

Surprisingly, having said the sun had disappeared it was back today. A clear sky and not a breath of wind, 5C/41F.

Pretty cold overnight, down to -3C in my garden and a couple of rural villages on the way to work were -6C.

Very keen frost this morning followed by bright & sunny with hardly any wind!

Looking like a good day to get the remainder of the leaves up!

Still below freezing but very sunny. Sarafi is sunbathing on the driveway tucked under the edge of the viburnum. It's his new sunbathing place.

Yesterday was frosty and sunny. Today was almost completely cloudy with the occasional glimpse of sun, 5C/41F.

When I got home last night (this morning) well after midnight the temperature, according to my car, was -5C. By 6 a.m. it had soared to a massive 22F (-5.5C) and has risen quickly from there to 24.7F (-4C).

The only consolation was that the sky looked fantastic so I sat out looking at it, with a hot cuppa in my hands :coffee:, until 1.15 a.m.
