45f was the top temperature but, again, it felt more like 35f even though there was no breeze. I think the skies were such a depressing solid grey that it made it feel colder!! So no sign of the Sun today but we did have a very light drizzle every now and then. Right now the temperature is 42f and the pressure reading is 1021mbs.:coffee::snork:

Not the best of days here with drizzle for most of it, that in turn has kept the temperature down at 7C/45F.

My prediction at the moment.....the temperature is set to get colder over the weekend for all of us, but later next week should see an improvement of the weather for a good spell. :)

Yesterday the sunshine made it feel a lot warmer than the weather station said :blue thumb:. No frost over night but it looks cold out there :). Forecast for weekend is cold and windy.

We've had some rain this morning and everything is soggy in the garden. The sun's out now though and it's 9C.

The sun's out at the moment but it's a nippy 7C.

The skies this morning started off without a cloud visible and a temperature of 37f. Then a strong breeze started up bringing in an army of cloud trundling along. The breeze was quite strong and really chilly and managed to persuade the trees to cast some of their leaves and let them swirl along the roads. The temperature managed to climb to 50f for a brief period but because the skies have cleared it's now 37f with a pressure reading of 1017mbs.

Clear skies!!!!!:hapfeet::hapydancsmil: For the last week the days have had clear skies so every evening I have powered up the Observatory, only to find that by about 6pm the clouds were back with vengeance  But clear skies tonight means I've got my "Mad Axeman's" woolly hat on, my warm jacket and boots on and already had a good view of the Sickle Moon.........fingers crossed for it to last!!:snorky:

With the breeze, now a chilly one having picked up it's been a cold day with a few glimpses of sunshine. The sky is clear outside now and the 6C/43F we've had in daylight hours is now down to 2C/36F.

We had snow at around 9.15am ish as were packing the last bits into our car and caravan before heading home after a lovely holiday in an old disused limestone quarry up in Buxton in the Peak District.I even managed to get some photos of the snowflakes:snorky:

Just as we got nearer to home it started raining so had to leave the unpacking until it stopped.Cant believe how bitterly cold it has been over the last few days brrrr:sad: Glad that we didn't go off to see any of the firework displays in the town as we would have been frozen to the spot I think:snorky:

+4 in the growhouses this am. Very hard rain at the moment, could have done with this in the summer, went months without rain here in Ramsgate.

After a wintry shower around noon the sun decided to put in an appearance for the remainder of the afternoon, albeit weakly. 6C/43F again.
