Which Part Becomes a Courgette?

    Hey Pete you beat me to my next post :D
    I was going to say that the flower in the picture must be female because I now have a lovely little courgette growing behind it, in fact the first three to flower have all been female. Just need some male flowers to batter and deep fry now. :eek:

    Courgette flowers are nice when the flowers are astuffed witht a cream cheese ixture, e.g. with chopped herbs etc, then dipped in light batter and deep fried!! lovely!
