A Cornish Split, love it and we always indulge ourselves when on holiday in Cornwall with one or two but it’s really hard to find the plan bread to go with it and it seems to be all but forgotten now.

                    Posted on behalf of @Kandy:

We are just watching a programme on BBC 2 called Coast ...The Great Guide:smile:

We like Ginsters Cornish pasties and always look out for their lorries up and down the motorway.Dont eat them that often though as they can cause waist and hip problems:biggrin:

For completeness, on behalf of @"M"
                    Ask @Zigs he'll move it for you ;) As would @ARMANDII or @Fat Controller or @wiseowl or @Marley Farley or @Webmaster or ... well, I would if I could! :lunapic 130165696578242 5:

You may not, but Ginsters do ;)

In 1969, dairy farmer Geoffrey Ginster, began baking Cornish pasties in an almost derelict egg packing barn in the Cornish town of Callington. He thought he would be able to bake 20,000 pasties a week. On his first day he only managed 24!
We have come a long way from our humble start but our history and bakery remain firmly rooted in Callington, Cornwall.
