Lol. I do my own burgers at home, very nice and rather tall because I like thick patties that will be well seared outside and pink inside, and always end up using a forkand knife, because there is no way to bite in them without making a mess. I guess you need a spade for the thing above, lol. I think it would last me a week LOL

Anyway, I don't think it's eating fat as such that kills people, it's eating fat and living sedentary. I would eat horrid burghers over "healthy" sporty-powders and integrators every day, and I love my bread and butter, and tatoes roasted in goose fat, but I am always out and about and stay in good shape. My hubby eats the same as me, and lives in front of a computer (but that is going to CHANGE!! evil grin) and he is fat.

I totally agree , the body is like a fire , it needs fuel to stay alive (food).
Too much fuel and it dies.
If you burn off more fuel than you take in you will be slim, and with hard work can be very fit indeed, no matter how old you are.

Yep, we are eating a diet meant for people who should be doing a physical job for 8-9 hours a day, but few of us are doing that. Therefore we get fat and pay silly money for gym membership that we don't use...
