      Blackberry wine? That's what nearly all mine will be used for. We've just been out picking and got 17lbs in 55 minutes.

      I just been out, got none. Loads of unripe ones still.

        I have never made wine but would love to, could you pm or reply here a recipe for it? or at leats some instructions even from another site etc?

        Zigs its funny as I have looked at a few places in my local vicinity, most are packed with big berries, especially at work, however some places the berries are still quite small and not ripened at all.

        That's how it is round here, you have to get to know the very early bramble patches and work your way to the late ones, finishing with those that produce to end of October, giving three months of pickings. Will sort out my wine recipe.
