Wild Flowers you have seen while out walking....!

What do you think of this plant? Not even sure if it's a flower! It might be a weed for all I know but it looks pretty and the bees were loving it! Do you know what it's called?

 

Could be gorse, but not sure, a few more close up pics will help

 

Thank you. I'll get another photo when I go out walking there again. The branches were a little thorny and the flowers were like buttercups almost. Very pretty and they were dotted around all over the place. They must be pretty hardy too as they are in a very windy and exposed area.

And the blossom smells of coconut - really intense perfume. No wonder the bees love it,

40 years of being into wildflowers and i'm still finding new ones

 

spotted these recently but I don't know what they are?

 

first one is a Cranesbill /Magnificum I think? Oh, that second one has a very pungent "gas like" odour if I remember correctly. Didn't like the smell at all,

Just looked it up _ it's Hedge Woundwort...

It was amongst the nettles Jenny so didn't smell it.

 

It's a weird smell. An almost overpowering smell of stale gas,
