      Early Spiders are just about over but a few were in flower.

        Some nice orchids @strongylodon :blue thumb: None of our orchids flower until at least June and I hope they survive the rabbit onslaught.

            @strongylodon we also have pyramid orchids that started to appear three years ago. They tend to flower after the bee orchids.

            They're all down in our wild area amongst the fruit trees. I keep a few paths mowed through the wild area and try and keep an eye out for orchids as they're so much later than most of our other flowers.

              @shiney The Pyramidal Orchids around here, particularly Durlston Country Park at Swanage, where there can be thousands! flower in late June to July, a few years ago I saw a white one there but not since.

                                Saw some today, close up the flowers look orchidlike but with nettle like leaves.
