My local Wilko had all the hanging baskets on offer, a double tiered tear drop shapes, down to £2. So I got 4. Then the reduced them to 75p! So I got another 4!

Stores generally don't release details of their upcoming sales in advance because they want you to buy things on the day at full price.

The thing to watch out for is when they reduce the price of seeds and the 3 for 2 offer reduction still works, as then they get seriously cheap.

EDIT: What I should have explicitly suggested, is that when they get reduced, buy 3 packets at the same price and check whether the 3 for 2 multisave still works. N.B. If the barcode has been crossed out, it will be entered at the till as a non-standard item price and any multi-saves will not work.

Yes, no reduced seeds in my local one either. Oh well, hopefully they'll come down soon.

The metal thermometers were £1 and The max/mins £4 in my local store this morning.

Small pots, cell trays, etc. are back to 50% off.

                        Bamboo screens, etc. 50% off.

Seeds not reduced yet, compost not reduced yet.

EDIT:Do not leave those max mins out in the rain or drop them, as they don't like it.

All thermometers in mine were showing as the unreduced original price. Didn't take one to a till to see what they would ring through as, though!

Small pots, cell trays, small trays, and a random selection of other things in a bargain bucket were very bargainous. 3x40 small cell trays rang through at 10p each, 10 x 7.6cm pots were 30p! Lots of other things like their picnic sets, BBQ fuel and outdoor/solar lighting were also reduced.

However, still no seeds on sale! :(

Dont forget when buying cell trays ftom Wilkos that the green ones aren't UV stabilised and can degrade before using if stored in a greenhouse, but their black ones are OK and can be reused for several years.

I bought some reduced tent guylines the other day, not for camping, but for supporting heavy tomatoes.
