Popped into our store today, nothing much more on sale but on the clearance shelves the last garden arch had been put on there at £1 because the box was damaged, I thought I'd get it and stick in the shed as a spare so to speak, but when I paid at the till the original 75% still applied I got it for 25p!!....BBBBAAAARRRGGGAAAIN :dancy:

Not so fast! That arch reduced from £5 to 25p was only reduced by 95% - here's how to get stuff from Wilkos for free, or even better paid to take it away.

When items are reduced online by 50% or 75% online at WilkinsonPlus and you order the last few remaining they always (last 3 times for me) seem to have less in stock when they go to pick your order at the warehouse. They then refund the shortfall at full price, so if they're 50% short of stuff that's 50% off you get a full refund but half your order is still dispatched to your local store for collection. I've just been to Wilkos to collect my 'free' Ferrari French Bean seeds.

If you've ordered at 75% off and get a full price refund of part of the order it's even better (had that happen with some modular cell tray inserts).

And if you go via a cashback site like Quidco and get a further 4% cashback on your order it's even better.

P.S. Water cans and hosepipes now half price. The Sankey water cans were already a really good price (especially the 10 litre ones), but now they are £2 for 10 litres (£6.98 at B&Q) and £1.75 for 7 litres (£4.08 at B&Q).

All seeds now 75% off instore!

I was also lucky enough to spot a pack of greenhouse shading material lying on the shelves, and knowing this was reduced then removed from the website some time ago I suspected it would now be at maximum discount and sure enough it was 99% off, down to 5p from £4.98.

                      wilko99%.jpg

Nice little haul that, £14.28 reduced to £2.33.
