A brilliant job, windy [IMG] [IMG] . You must be very proud of yourself. I think I've done a good job if I manage to mow the lawn [IMG] :D

I'm too far away to pat you on the back so can you do it for me? [IMG] :D

    Fantastic Windy,

I am hoping to spend a lot of time on our garden this summer.

I'll have to make sure I post photo's as it develops.

Aw!! I'm all embarrassed now [IMG] [IMG]
It was taken from the master bedroom Roders, but the boys in there...so he better watch himself or he might find himself evicted :D :D
Liz - the gardens not huge...it's about 70ft from the end of the patio to the hedge and about 30ft wide. It's a lot of digging though!! I'm already thinking there may be not enough room for all the plants I want to grow :D :D

Looks great Windy, I am lost in admiration - boyfriend was just nosing over my shoulder and admiring too [IMG]
Are the veg patches the other side of the house or something, or am I being daft and not spotting them?

The veg plots are round the side of the house Claire, so you can't see them on those piccies!!! I purposely haven't posted any pics of the front 'garden' either....as I've done nothing more than mow the lawn out there... yet  That'll probably be next years job, as I have an idea for a paisley shape for there!! I also 'need' a gunnera and I think that'll be just the place to put it....eventually!! :D :D
Claire - tell boyfriend a strong pair of arms are always welcome...is he any good with a mattock????? :D

LOL, he seems quite keen on the idea of wielding a mattock, but I prefer him with his legs still attached so I'm not sure... also you ought to know he needs a *lot* of feeding in order to do any work in the garden :D :D

Paisley front garden sounds intriguing... but I should think you need a break by now, next year sounds like a good plan!

windy, honestly it looks like you had a professional in - you've done tremendous - and the garden does look so much bigger!
I am liking these circular lawns but alas not practical in my own garden :(
Someone said before, you're an nspiration, and I have to agree!!
also a bit jealous too haha ;)
