We're paying £66 a month for electric, £150 a month for gas (the heatings not on all day) which has always been expensive here on the island. We still have a rating system here instead of council tax and our water and rates are combined, water makes up the biggest part on the 'breakdown' which works out at about £38 a month. With water and rates combined we are paying approx £600 per year.
