With Wimbledon coming up, as suggested Game, set, and ......

I really enjoyed the women’s final. A tight match with some fabulous shots by both players. Moving to hear of how Jana Novotna trained and inspired Barbora.

I thought the men’s double final would be over by supper time, but it looks like a tray dinner for me.

 

It was a good Women's final. I would have liked Paolini to win, but maybe next time. Was pleased it went to a 3rd set.

Now that was an exciting Doubles match. Could have gone either way right to the last ball. They looked so thrilled to win. Lovely!

Last year was 5 sets, 2 of which were 6-1 and 1-6, one tiebreak and the other 2 sets 6-3 or 4-6. From that my thought is that anything is possible! Vamos! …

 

I hope all the games are not as long as the first one!
