Practice makes perfect and persistance pays off [IMG] You'll be 'panning' before you know it.

More great photos, I love the expression on the foxes face. The blackbird looks great on the wing aswell, a suprisingly big wingspan for a smallish bird.

He looks a bit cold and miserable doesn't he? :(

Have you seen the new advert from Ford cars, the one with all the birds in it? I think it's great :D

Morning Woo and all [IMG] a happy new year.

I have just seen the two goldcrests that where here in my garden about three weeks ago.

This time they stayed long enough for me and Mrs Pip to get a good look at them, but not long enough for me to get to my camera and take a picture.

Evening Woo, nice to see this thread running again.

The whole bird is visible and I can see what species of bird it is, what exactly did you miss?

Don't knock your photography skills, the sharpness may be a bit ropey but that will improve as you improve.

Another great picture, they get better every time just keep at it and you will have some very professional looking shots before long.

That's pretty good Woo. You can even see a highlight in the eye.
Did you use 'burst mode' there? And what focal length were you using?
