                @pete I am slowly coming round to Grapes being a crop and all they are doing is replacing the Apples and Pears trees and wildlife meadows ect and very soon Kent will be called the "Vineyard of England":heehee::heehee::heehee: and they are letting me walk through them still;):smile:

                I object to this development on principle only: huge new developments such as this (and particularly ones that are for solely commercial rather than communal gain) are precluded by national planning guidelines in protected areas, which Bush Valley is. Approval of it would set a precedent for commercial development of green belt land and designated areas of outstanding natural beauty right across the UK.:old:

                    Its strange as the last bit talks about Chapledown and Canterbury.
                    It was only earlier in the week that they reported on the news that one had been given the go ahead.
                    I still think you need to keep an eye on it, these things go backwards and forwards for years, the ones with the money usually get their way in the end, its just a matter of time.
