OLD THREAD Woos Garden
How lovely! A shiney new thread ... can't wait to see it fill up and develop
Good morning @"M" my good friend I have 3 Sambucus nigra (Black Beauty)to plant to day, hope they like a sunny spot
I have Sambucus nigra Black Lace and I love it! Mine is kept in partial shade, but, yours (and mine) would thrive equally in a sunny spot. Tip: cut them back hard in the Spring. They put on a good amount of growth in a year and cutting them back does not affect the flowers (which later turn into small black fruits which the birds adore!). I used the trimmings this year as cuttings and have three rooted and ready to take to Shineyland next year. One of the "cuttings" even flowered this year! Top choice, woo
Thank you @"M" my dear friend for your kind and friendly comments, very much appreciated as always
