I've been told by a few people that "the evening is the period lasting 2 hours, right before sunset"

For example, today the sun is going to set at 8:34pm where I am. Therefore evening starts at 6:34pm.

I've always used that as a rule. Whether it's true or not... who knows!

Oh dear conversation over. I can't communicate anymore as I'm a Nikon user so we can't get on. Ha ha. (Sorry couldn't resist). I have a Nikon D300S with a range of lenses. Swapping them over all the time is a pain so I have a D200 as a backup. Loving the way you take the time to superimpose the information on your pics. I must start to do the same as it would be so much easier to refer back too. All time consuming of course but definitely worth the effort.

The buttons on the canon range just didn't click with me (pardon the pun). I found the Nikon just more comfortable to my hand and could put my fingers in the right place. Both Cannon and Nikon range are outstanding. I hate the price of their lenses though. Really need to source a good macro lens.

@wiseowl Your sunflower is certainly something to behold but doesn't have anything on my 20ft sunflower!

                                20150820_121023.jpg

Sorry did I say 20ft? I meant 20cm. It's about to flower and I can't wait to see what it looks like :loll: It's accidentally started growing next to my Jade plant (which gets watered once per month in summer). Safe to say, it's not going to win any prizes :heehee:
