I was in an ornament swap one year with one of the forums I was on (it was an American one) and made some angel decorations from wooden pegs; the people who received them were delighted.
There is a market for dolly pegs, but seems to be mainly the craft market now :dunno:

Strawberries and cream is a very pretty bloom

                                Exhibition name: Double Delight ®
                                Bred by A E& A w Ellis (United States, before 1976). Bred by Herbet C. Swim(United States, before 1976).

                                Hybrid Tea.
Red and white, red edges. Strong, spice fragrance. up to 30 petals. Average diameter 5". Very large, very double, high-centered bloom form. Blooms in flushes throughout the season.
                                Large, matte, medium green foliage.

Granada (hybrid tea, Lindquist, 1963) × Garden Party (hybrid tea, Swim, 1959)

Breeder John Sheldon provided the following information about this rose: Some roses fade in the sun, some roses darken in the sun, some roses actually change color in the sun. Roses such as 'Elina','Double Delight', 'Headliner', 'Color Magic' and 'Paradise' all show these traits. In my breeding program, I have worked on making them more dramatic and bringing in new genes. And... it was an area of hybridizing that others were ignoring. At on point these traits were seen as faults. 'Double Delight' was almost discarded because it was thought to be just another WHITE rose. Only later were its phototropic characteristics seen when it turned red in the sun.
