Make sure you wear a dangley bit protector, Woo, when they sort it out. We haven't got a dangely bits department in our Council, although we have a lot of "We don't know nuffin" and "You'll have to speak to another Department" Departments:DOH::heehee::D

I was under the impression that Telegraph poles were the property and responsibility of the Communications Company that put it up.....no matter how long ago:scratch::D

Good evening ARMANDII Yes you would have thought so my friend,It was originally Radio Rentals In 1960 then it was purchased by several companies over the years, finally purchased by Telewest and now Virgin, but when they purchased it they said that they did,nt want the poles,as part of the package,so strange as it may seem the poles have no legal owners, but If I were to remove it myself I would have to have a letter of permission from the owners who don,t exist :what::rolleyespink::)

Good evening John and thank you,I have sawn the pole into lots of little poles to use them in a pile as a safe haven for the wildlife:WINK1:I used to use the pole as a beacon when I came in to land, not sure what I am going to do now:heehee::)

To make sure that you're safe, I would think that you could ask for an elf from 'Elf and safety to guide you in.
