    Went to a new site today...A museum for The Chipping Campden Guild to glaze this and several more like it.

    That looks a tough job PAL but I bet you enjoy it.

    In the USA the head office of the Pittsburg Glass Company is a replica of our Houses of Parliament (scaled down a bit) made completely of glass. It is modern but quite effective.

    BM, In this case I make a template with 4mm MDF of each side,match them together and transfer them onto a full size MDF one, cut the shape out by hand using a Stanley knife and them lay that on a piece of 6.4 laminated glass. Felt tip to trace the template,glass cutter along the lines,turn the glass over and cut the other side(only do this with laminated glass).Crack the cuts,spray with meths and set alight to melt the lamination and then remove the waste with glazing pliers.....Easy when you know how :D

    shiney,it's the best kind of work I've ever done.The glazing I do is so varied. One day I could be replacing a broken pane in a bog standard timber frame,the next replacing antique glass in a Church stained leaded lights.
    The best part though is...I'm happy in my work [​IMG]
