    Typically I haven't been back Marley:dh:

Instead I have been lucky to be sent to this Hotel in the next Town...I have dozens of Georgian sash panes to replace.....and I'm lovin' it!:gnthb:

:gnthb: Wow you do get some peachy places to work Pal... How many sashes then.? If it is original stuff which I assume it is... It could be a very very old Guild Symbol... How is it put into or onto the glass, etched perhaps..?? Could be the Glass maker or Glaziers own mark even.. Any other windows or pains like it anywhere else in the building Pal..?? After that, Masonic symbal perhaps..??

The Hotel was frequented by no less than Charles 1st and pre dates the mid 1600's as an Inn.
It has approx 60 sashes each with 12 panes...most broken:dh: but at least plenty of work

All four leaded lights are a match...the glass and the lead cames a set,and the decoration is painted on. It's bloomin strange why someone would want such a face on, what were, very costly items.
I have seen something similar carved in stone high inside the Church in a village called Church Enstone Oxfordshire.....
I'm still browsing for an answer:skp:...no luck yet of course:D

I know you are not construction as such more renovation your company, but even so it is a worry I am sure... Fingers crossed your company can ride the storm mate..:thmb:
